Objective 

Clarify expectations regarding how, when and why Procore Locations should be created. 

Background 

Locations will be utilized by anyone creating an observation, taking photos, or performing inspections on a jobsite.  Creating a through location schedule in Procore helps organize these items better 

Things to Consider 

Locations should be created for every room within the building, as well as areas outside of the building, anywhere onsite that work might take place 

Prerequisites 

Procore- Add locations to a project 

Steps 

Locations should be utilized anytime any of the following is occurring: 

• Creating an Observation 

• Taking photos  

• Creating Punchlist Items 

• Performing an Inspection unique to a specific location
