  1. Adding subcontractors to isqft.com
    1. Subcontractor information required to enter into iSqFt:
      1. Company Name
      2. Contact Name
      3. Phone
      4. Email
      5. Address
      6. Trade
      7. Counties they work in or are within distance of the main office.
  2. Deleting Subs from isqft (bid list)
    1. When we decide to “remove a company from our bid list,” it is usually because they are not in business (delete from isqft.com) or we no longer want to solicit their bids. If the company is still in business, the best thing to do for isqft.com is to delete trade codes and add trade code 01004 (DO NOT SEND ITBS), but leave the sub in the system. This way, a new estimator would find them in our system but see why they are not getting invites instead of adding them in, not knowing they were deleted for a reason.
    2. We used to delete work area counties, but this isn’t the best way since the subs can update their counties with the website. It would automatically update that in our system, allowing them to be invited again.
