Bio
Dr. Jon Elliott is an Associate Professor in the Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University. His work includes federally-funded (United States Department of Labor Education and Training Administration (ETA), National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP), etc.) projects with an overarching area of research focus in the application of technology-infused training to equip the workforce for off-site and manufactured construction-based project delivery. Jon also participates in construction-education based research with graduate and undergraduate students. One of his main research areas focuses on the creation and testing of classroom interventions to explore student learning and knowledge retention.
Dr. Elliott is a member of the National Institute for Building Science Offsite Construction Council and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s Energy Efficiency in Permanent Modular Construction Advisory Board.
