About This Topic

Capstone courses are culminating experiences in which students integrate skills and concepts learned throughout the program of study.   Typically project-based, students may work in teams to simulate the preconstruction phase of a project by developing a schedule, estimate, safety plan and logistics plan as part of a bid proposal.
