Gregory Starzyk
BioGregory F. Starzyk, J.D., is Professor Emeritus at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He is an educator and author with 16-years in higher education and 23-years in industrial construction project management, program management, modular systems fabrication and global planning. Starzyk is an expert in construction law and has written several textbooks on the subject: "Construction Law: Contracts, Risks and Regulations," and "Construction Law Casebook," both available from PLUMTRUSS Publishing.
