Edit a Calendar Item
Objective
To edit a calendar item that was created in Procore.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' on the project's Schedule tool.
Note: 'Standard' users can only edit calendar items they have created.
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' on the project's Schedule tool.
- Additional Information:
- Only calendar items created in Procore can be edited in Procore. Uploaded project schedules must always be updated in the third-party software application (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, etc.) and then uploaded into Procore again.
- When you edit a calendar item in Procore, it will not show up on an integrated schedule in Procore (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera).
PROCORE SUPPORT: INTERNAL NOTES
If a customer using Primavera P6 asks about percent complete:
P6 has an attribute on activities called Percent Complete Type. This specifies which one of the three percent complete values (Duration, Physical, and Units) should be reported. Procore reads this setting and returns the specified percent complete type to Procore.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Schedule tool.
- Click the Calendar Item.
- Update the information.
- Click Save.
