Update Materials Delivery Date

This feature is currently in beta for select Procore customers.

Objective

To update the delivery date or expected delivery date for materials on a purchase order, shipment, or receipt.

Things to Consider

Steps

Shipment

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.
  2. Click the Control tab.
  3. Click the Shipments sub tab.
  4. Click the shipment number.
  5. Under 'Document Line Items' review the 'Estimated Delivery' date.
    • Update a single line item
      1. Click the 'Estimated Delivery' field for the item.

      2. Select the date.
    • Update multiple line items:
      1. In the 'Documents Line Items' header, click the hamburger icon-materials-hamburger-menu.png icon and select Change Estimated Delivery Date.

      2. Select the date.
      3. Click Set All to set the date for all line items.
        OR
      4. Mark the checkboxes for the line items you want to change, then click Set Selected.

Receipt

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.
  2. Click the Control tab.
  3. Click the Receipt sub tab.
  4. Click the receipt number.
  5. Under 'Document Line Items' review the date received.
    • Update a single line item:
      1. Click the 'Date Received' field for the item.

      2. Select the date.
    • Update multiple line items:
      1. In the 'Documents Line Items' header, click the hamburger icon-materials-hamburger-menu.png icon and select Change Date Received.

      2. Select the date.
      3. Click Set All to set the date for all line items on the receipt
        OR
      4. Mark the checkboxes for the line items you want to change, then click Set Selected.
