Export an Individual Inspection

Objective

To export an individual inspection at the Project level.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Inspections tool.
• Supported Formats:
  • Portable Document File (PDF)
• Additional Information:
  • To create a custom report related to your project's inspections, see Create a Custom Project Report.
  • Inspections use the general language 'Conforming/Deficient' to indicate any positive or negative responses in exports.

Prerequisites

• Create a Project Level Inspection

Steps

1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.
2. Click View next to the inspection you wish to export.
3. Click Export.
4. Click the PDF or PDF w/ Observations
5. • Clicking the PDF option will export a PDF with the inspection items and activity log.
     Note: the PDF will open from a new tool in your browser.
   • Clicking PDF w/ Observation will export a PDF with the inspection items and activity log as well as each observation created from an inspection item.
     Note: You must have 'Admin' level permissions on both the Inspections and Observations tool to see this option.
