Add Signers to an Inspection

Objective 

To add signers to an inspection from the Procore web application.

Choose which action you would like to take:

Add Signers to Sign Off on a Completed Inspection

  1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.
  2. Click View next to the inspection.
  3. In the 'Inspection Details' section, click Add Signature Requests.
    Note: If one or more signatures already exist, click Edit Signature Requests to remove or edit them.
  4. Select the name of one or more users who you want to have sign off on an inspection.
  5. Click Save.
    Note: The selected name(s) will appear under 'Signatures'.

Add Signers to Sign Off on an Inspection Item

  1. In the 'Inspection Items' section, click +Add Signature Requests.
  2. Select the name of one or more users who you want to sign off on an inspection item.
    Note: If one or more signatures already exist, click Edit Signature Requests to remove or edit them.
  3. If you need to add someone whose name doesn't populate, click + Create Person.
    Note: You must have the 'Create Contact' granular permission to do this. 
  4. Click Save.
