Add Signers to an Inspection
Objective
To add signers to an inspection from the Procore web application.
Steps
Choose which action you would like to take:
Add Signers to Sign Off on a Completed Inspection
- Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.
- Click View next to the inspection.
- In the 'Inspection Details' section, click Add Signature Requests.
Note: If one or more signatures already exist, click Edit Signature Requests to remove or edit them.
- Select the name of one or more users who you want to have sign off on an inspection.
- Click Save.
Note: The selected name(s) will appear under 'Signatures'.
Add Signers to Sign Off on an Inspection Item
- In the 'Inspection Items' section, click +Add Signature Requests.
- Select the name of one or more users who you want to sign off on an inspection item.
Note: If one or more signatures already exist, click Edit Signature Requests to remove or edit them.
- If you need to add someone whose name doesn't populate, click + Create Person.
Note: You must have the 'Create Contact' granular permission to do this.
- Click Save.
