Updated the Forms tool to perform minor cosmetic updates on the Edit Form page to improve the user experience. See Edit a Form.
Introducing the New Forms Tool (1/24/2018)
The new Forms tool gives your users the ability to upload any existing Fillable PDF Forms your company sends to collaborators to complete during the project lifecycle. Users with 'Admin' level permission will be able to select and add pre-existing custom templates to a project. Team members can also fill out, save, and store Fillable PDF Forms in Procore.
- Forms is only available to clients who have purchased the Quality + Safety Product Line.
- Support for Forms is available on Android and iOS. See Forms (Android) and Forms (iOS).
- Why? Prior to the Forms tool, clients stored various forms in the Documents tool. This was very inefficient because if any of these forms were updated, clients would have to rely on users to save the new form to their folders or update the file themselves.
