View the Change History of a Data Extract

Things to Consider

Steps 

1. Navigate to the project level Data Extracts tool.
2. Locate the desired extract in the list.
3. Click the hyperlinked name of the extract that you want to view.
4. Click the Change History tab.
   The following information is shown:
   • Date: The date and time the change was made.
   • Action By: The name of the user who made the change.
   • Action: The action made by the user.
   • Property: The property changed by the user.
   • From: Depending on the change made, this field shows different information. For example, if the status were changed from 'Scheduled' to 'In Progress', this field would show 'In Progress'. 
   • To: Depending on the change made, this field shows different information. For example, if a tool were added, this field would show the tool's name.
