Assist can answer questions about different things related to Procore. For example, it can answer questions about how to perform an action in the software based on information from Procore's support site. It can also help you find information in your project, like details about an RFI.
Depending on your question, Assist will use a different 'skill', or sometimes a set of multiple skills, to provide you with an answer.
In the context of Assist, a 'skill' is a something Assist is capable of helping you do. Assist is engineered to identify the skill it should use to answer your question in a way that provides the best possible output. Assist currently has the following Skills:
If you don't have access to a skill based on your user permissions, Assist will attempt to answer your question using a different skill.
For example, you might ask a question about how many RFIs are in a certain user's ball in court, which could best be answered using the Reports skill. If you don't have permission to create RFI reports, Assist will attempt to use the Answers skill to respond to your question.
