Procore Assist is available to North American customers with the required toolset. They can enable additional beta features as they become available. International customers with the required toolset can enable one or both beta experiences: Assist in Global Search or additional beta features. Assist currently only answers questions in English with U.S. construction terminology. See Enable Assist to activate Assist or its beta features.
Assist is Procore's AI-driven assistant. Assist can quickly find project information, build a custom 360 report, or explain how to do something in the Procore application. This FAQ explains what data Assist can and cannot access at this time. Procore regularly enhances Assist and updates this article to reflect the latest capabilities.
Assist can answer your questions and create reports based on information and attachments from the tools in the chart below. It can also explain how to do something in Procore, based on information from Procore's support site.
Assist provides the best answers when it finds text-based information in Procore, either within a field in Procore or an attached document.
It can read text from the following file types: .pdf
Existing user permissions always apply when using Assist. For example, if a user does not have access to the RFIs tool at all (based on the settings in the permissions tool), and they ask Assist a question related to a specific RFI, then they would not get any answer based on RFIs.
Procore is continually expanding its capabilities, but Assist cannot currently do the following:
