Export the Time Off List


To export the Time Off List in Workforce Planning.


The Time Off List provides a list of all current and past approved time off for your workforce. You can search, sort, or filter the list as well as export in a supported file format.

Things to Consider


  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click Time Off and select Time Off List.
  3. Select the Group.
  4. Optional: Click the table settings icon-ag-grid-table-filter-menu.png icon to select the columns to show on the list.
  5. Optional: Search, Sort or Filter the Time Off List. See Search, Sort or Filter the Time Off List.
  6. Click Export.
  7. Select the format of your export.
    • PDF. Select to export as a PDF.
      • If exporting as a PDF, select whether to export with Portrait orientation, or Landscape. Then choose the dimensions.
    • CSV. Select to export as a CSV.
  8. Click Export.
