Delete or Inactivate People in Workforce Planning

Objective

To delete or inactivate a person for Workforce Planning.

Background

For projects using Workforce Planning, you can inactivate or delete people from your workforce using the People List in Workforce Planning.

Steps

You can:

Inactivate a Person in Workforce Planning

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click People and select People List
  3. Locate the user record to modify. Then click their name.
  4. Locate the 'Info' section and click Edit.
  5. Under 'Status', select Inactive.
  6. Click Save.
    Note: The person is marked as 'Inactive' in both Workforce Planning and Procore's Company Directory.

Delete a Person in Workforce Planning

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click People and select People List
  3. Locate the user record to modify. Then click their name.
  4. Locate the 'Delete Person' section and click Delete.
  5. Enter the word 'Yes' to confirm deletion.
  6. Click Delete.
    Note: The person is deleted from Workforce Planning and marked as 'Inactive' in Procore's Company Directory.
