Why do I see people in Workforce Planning, but not Procore?

Background

For projects using Workforce Planning, you can add people to your workforce using the People List in Workforce Planning.

Once an hour, 'people' information syncs between Workforce Planning and Procore. At this time, people added in Workforce Planning are added to the Company level Directory in Procore. People added in Workforce Planning as a 'User' or 'Both' are created as users in the Company Directory and are added as employees of your company. People added as 'Assignable' are created as contacts in the Company Directory.

Answer

If you have added people in Workforce Planning, but do not see those users in the Procore Company level Directory, the sync has not yet occurred. Check the Company level Directory in an hour and users and contacts will be available.

Similarly, if you have edited information about a person in Workforce Planning, but do not see those changes in the Procore Company level Directory, the sync has not yet occurred. Check the Company level Directory in an hour and the user records will be updated.
Note: Only some information about people is synced. For more information, see Edit People in Workforce Planning.

Lastly, if you have inactivated or deleted a user in Workforce Planning, and they still appear active in the Procore Company level Directory, the sync has not yet occurred. Check the Company level Directory in an hour and the user will be deactivated.
