Create Saved Reports in Workforce Planning
Objective
To create saved reports in Workforce Planning.
Background
In Workforce Planning, you can configure and generate reports to better understand availability, assignments, tags, and your workforce. You can also save the report configurations to easily run the report again in the future.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool and 'Admin' level permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
OR
'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool with the 'Allow Exporting Data' granular permission within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool and 'Admin' level permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
- Additional Information:
- The data in reports reflect data that you have access to in Workforce Planning.
- You can access saved reports under the 'Use Existing Report' drop-down for each respective report.
- A saved report is only visible to the person who saved it.
Prerequisites
To save your view in the following tools, you need to run your report in advance:
- Export the Availability Look-Ahead Report
- Export the Assignment History Report
- Export the Tags Requiring Action Report
- Export the Workforce Report
- View the Queued Downloads Report
Steps
Follow these steps once you have filtered and configured your report:
- Click the Save icon to save your report.
- Enter the Report Name.
- Click Save.
- Access the saved report by selecting it from the 'Use Existing Report' drop-down list on the respective report.
