Manage Payments Permissions

flag-us.png Procore Pay icon-external-link.png  is available in the United States. It is designed for General Contractors and Owner-Builders who act as their own General Contractors on a job. Procore Pay extends the Invoice Management icon-external-link.png functionality in the Procore web application to handle the payment process between general and specialty contractors.

What do you want to do?

When using Procore Pay to send payments, only a Payments Admin for the payor can manage the Payments Permissions settings.
 

Payments Admins:
I want to add or remove Payments Admins
Add Disburser:
I want to add a Payments Disburser
Remove Disburser:
I want to remove a Payments Disburser
View Permissions:
I want to see users with payments permissions
Add Approver:
I want to add a Payments Beneficiary Approver
Remove Approver:
I want to remove a  Beneficiary Approver
