About the Payments Settings

Procore Pay is available in the United States. It is designed for General Contractors and Owner-Builders who act as their own General Contractors on a job. Procore Pay extends the
Invoice Management functionality in the Procore web application to handle the payment process between general and specialty contractors.
Objective
To configure the Payment Settings for Procore Pay in the Company level Payments tool.
Background
Users with the required user permissions can click the Configure Settings icon to open the Payments Settings page. This page has two tabs: Payment Processing & Payment Requirements. Each tab contains all the settings you need to configure Procore Pay for your company's Procore account.
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Payments tool.
Note: The Subcontractor Invoices tab is active by default.
- Click the Payments Settings icon.
This opens the Payments Settings page.
- In the Payments Settings page, click one of these tabs to manage those payment settings:
- Payment Processing
Click this tab to manage the payment processing features for Procore Pay. Tasks that you can perform are: Link your company's external bank accounts, assign users the Payments Disburser role to create and view disbursements, manage the Pay features and bank accounts on projects in bulk, optionally disable the Disbursements feature in Procore Pay, and view a comprehensive change history for the Payments tool.
- Payment Requirements
Click this tab to enable the lien waiver features on your company's projects, create, edit, or delete lien waiver templates for use on projects, and configure your company's payment requirements to help Payments Disbursers track when your invoices are in a ready-to-pay state.
