ERP Integrations: Delete Cost Code Cost Type Assignments Synced with Sage 300 CRE
This announcement represents a single point in time. Future releases may impact the information below.
Feature Announced: February 13, 2019
Delete Cost Code Cost Type Assignments Synced with Sage 300 CRE
If your company has enabled the ERP Integrations tool for use with Sage 300 CRE®, you must assign at least one (1) project cost type to each code on your project's cost codes list. The assignment gives the system the ability to carry over data from Procore's financial tools (i.e., Change Orders, Commitments, and so on) to the Budget tool. Before this update was released, your Procore Administrator was required to submit a request to reset a cost type assignment before it could be deleted in Procore. Now, users can delete the cost code type assignment in Procore.

Why is this important?
After cost code data is synced between Procore and Sage 300 CRE®, you may occasionally discover a need to delete one (1) or more cost type assignments from your project's cost code list. When this occurs, you can now delete the cost type assignment in Sage 300 CRE® and then delete it in Procore without having to contact Procore Support.
