Create Equipment from a T&M Ticket (Android)

Objective

To create Equipment and add it to a T&M Ticket from an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool using an Android mobile device.
  2. Tap the Create icon-create-plus-android.svg icon to add Equipment to a new T&M Ticket.
    OR
    If you want to add Equipment to an existing ticket, tap Edit on the T&M Ticket you want to add Equipment to.
    Note: Editing the Equipment section on a T&M ticket that has been approved will remove the approval signature, and the ticket will need to be approved again.
  3. In the 'Equipment' section, tap the Quantities drop-down menu.
  4. In the 'Add Equipment' section, tap the Equipment Name drop-down menu.
  5. Tap Add New Item.
  6. Tap the Equipment Name field.
  7. Type in the name of the Equipment you're adding.
  8. Tap Add.
