1 'Standard' level users can add comments to tasks that they have created or that they are listed as the Assignee.
2 'Standard' level users can only assign tasks that they have created to themselves or to 'Admin' level users.
3 'Standard' level users who are the Assignee of a task, can change the status to 'Initiated', 'In Progress', or 'Ready for Review', but NOT to 'Closed' or 'Void'.
4 'Standard' level users can only edit tasks that they have created.
