Manage Live Update Notifications for the Procore Mobile App (Android)

Background

Live Update Notifications on your Android device provide real-time updates directly on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Currently, Live Update Notifications work with the following tools on the Procore Mobile App:

  • My Time - When you are clocked in, the widget displays your clock-in time, lunch break duration, and total elapsed time. You can tap the widget at any time to open My Time and manage your shift.

Steps

  1. Open up the Settings on your iOS device.

  2. Tap Apps.

  3. Tap Procore.

  4. Tap Notifications.

  5. Tap the toggles ON to enable, or OFF do disable the following settings:

    • Live Updates - When enabled, shows the notification on the status bar and live timer. When disabled, the notification still shows on the status bar, but disables the live timer.

    • My Time Live Updates - When enabled, shows the notification on the status bar and live timer. When disabled, both the notification in the status bar and live timer are disabled.
