View Items Associated with a Location (Android)

Objective

To view items associated with a location in the Locations tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the relevant tools.
  • Additional Information:
    • 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the tools you want to view items for.
      Note: For example, in order to view observations associated with the location, you would need 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project's Observations tool.

Steps

  1. N
  2. Navigate to the project's Locations tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
  3. Tap the QR Code icon-qr-mobile.png icon to scan a QR code. See Scan a QR Code in the Locations Tool (Android).
    OR
    Tap the location.
     Tip
    Tap the expand arrow icon-arrow-expand.png next to a location to see the sub locations.
  4. If prompted, tap View Details.
  5. Tap the tool to see the respective items. Tools available include the following:
    • Punch List
    • Observations
    • Incidents
    • Inspections
    • Action Plans
    • RFIs
    • Submittals
    • Photos
    • Correspondence
  6. Tap an item to view its details.
