Create a Group in the Conversations Tool (Android)
Objective
To create a group in the Conversations tool on the Procore Android app.
Background
Things to Consider
Steps
- Open the Procore app on an Android device.
 - Tap the project's Conversations tool.
 - Tap the plus 
 icon. - Tap Create Group.
 - Choose whether to include all project Directory members in the group or manually select each member or distribution list:
    
-  Include all project Directory members: This includes automatic updates to the team members when any user is added or removed from the project Directory in the future. 
Note: Company Admins who are not yet in the project's Directory are prompted to add themselves before proceeding with this option. - Group Members: Select each individual user or distribution group that you want to add to the conversation group.

 - Tap Next.
 - Enter a group name.
 - Confirm the group members and make adjustments if necessary.
 - Click Create Group.
The group is created and the screen opens to a new conversation for the group.
