Integration by Procore: Add a Viewpoint® Spectrum® Job to Procore
Objective
To add a new job in Viewpoint® Spectrum® and then import it into Procore to create a new project.
Background
A "job" in Spectrum is equivalent to a "project" in Procore. If you first created a construction job for a customer in Viewpoint® Spectrum® , you may use the steps below to add it to Procore. This creates a new Procore project that contains all of the relevant job information imported from Viewpoint® Spectrum®. Synchronized project data includes the following:
Spectrum Term | Procore Term |
Job Phases | Project Cost Code |
Job Cost Types | Project Cost Code Category |
Job | Project Name |
Spectrum Job Code | Project ID/Number |
Address | Address |
Phone | Job Phone |
