How do I report an issue from Procore's mobile app?

If you discover an issue with Procore's mobile app, please send a report directly from your mobile device so that we can investigate and escalate the issue. To report an issue with Procore's Android or iOS app, see the instructions below.

Report an issue from an Android Mobile Device

  1. Tap Settings (2018-04-06_16-20-09.png) in the Procore toolbar. 
  2. Under 'Support and Feedback,' tap Report an Issue.
  3. Select your preferred email application.
  4. Enter information about the issue or add a comment into the body of the email.
  5. Tap Send.

Report an issue from an iOS Mobile Device

To report an issue from the Procore iOS app, you must have Apple Mail configured on your device. See Configure Apple Mail on Your iOS Mobile Device 

  1. Tap Settings (Settings-ios-icon.png) in the Procore toolbar.
  2. Under 'Support and Feedback,' tap Report an Issue.
  3. Enter information about the issue or add a comment into the body of the email.
  4. Tap Send.
