What is the rollout schedule for Requisitions?

We are rolling out Requisitions in four phases to allow us to accurately convert existing Draw Requests to Requisitions.  Here are the phases:

Phase 1

  • Requisitions were rolled out for new projects and projects with no Draw Requests on November 10th, 2016.

Phase 2

  • Draw Requests will transition to Requisitions for the following projects starting April 26th-April 27th 2017:
    • Projects that already have the setting enabled to show Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) broken down by line item on Draw Requests and do not have workflow on Draw Requests.

Phase 3

  • Draw Requests will transition to requisitions for the following projects on May 4th, 2017:
    • Projects that do not have the setting enabled to show Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) broken down by line item on Draw Requests and do not have workflow on Draw Requests.

Phase 4

  • Draw Requests will transition to requisitions for the following projects in August 2017:
    • Projects that do not have the setting enabled to show Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) broken down by line item on Draw Requests and have workflow on Draw Requests.

Next Steps

Once the project transitions from Draw Requests to Requisitions, you will need to create a Billing Period to allow your subcontractors or vendors to create a Requisition (or to create a requisition on their behalf).

To learn more about Requisitions, see the following support articles and deep dive training video:

As we get closer to each phase, you will be notified by your Procore Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager with the list of projects in that phase and the date of transition.
