Budget Changes - Granular Permissions

In Procore, the term granular permissions refers to task-based privileges that can be granted to users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on certain tools through the users' assigned permissions templates. The Budget tool now has a granular permission for Budget Changes that can be applied to permissions templates, allowing for greater flexibility for users who need to perform specific actions with Budget Changes.  Note

This update will affect the actions available to users with 'Standard' level permissions to the project's Budget tool. 

Users with 'Standard' level permissions to the Budget tool who require the permissions to create, edit, or delete Budget Changes will need to have their assigned permissions template updated to include the 'Create, edit, and delete Budget Codes' granular permission. Budget Changes Migration

Customers must migrate from Budget Modifications to the Budget Changes feature by November 2024. Once you migrate, you will no longer have access to the budget modifications feature in Procore.
