New Gantt PDF Export

Users will soon have the ability to export a project's Gantt chart to a PDF file directly from the Schedule tool in Procore. Previously, the Gantt chart could only be exported to a CSV file.

About the Gantt PDF Export 

  • Three different size options for PDF exports: There will be three different page size options to choose from when exporting the Gantt chart to PDF: Letter, Tabloid, and A3.
  • Respected filter settings and column configurations: The Gantt PDF export will respect any filter settings and column configurations that were set in the Schedule tool. Data and columns on the export will appear the same as they do in the schedule viewer.
  • Automatic scaling for zoom level: The Gantt PDF export will scale automatically depending on the selected date range and current zoom level (Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year views).
