Procore Estimating: Select a Color and Symbol for a Catalog Item

Choose Colors and Symbols for Cost Catalog Items

The Cost Catalogs section in Procore Estimating has been updated to allow you to select a color and symbol for new and existing catalog items. You can choose from default colors and symbols or custom ones. 

Note: The Symbol field is based on the selected Unit of Measure and will only show for Count measurements. It will not show for linear measurement types (such as ft and yd).

Steps

1. Navigate to your account in Procore Estimating.
2. Click Cost Catalogs. 
3. Click Add Item.
4. Fill out the information for the catalog item as necessary. Click the Color and Symbol drop-down menus to select a color and symbol. 
5. Click Save.
