Daily Log: Daily Log Distribution

New! Notify users via email when a daily log has been completed

You can now send an email to the default distribution list when a daily log has been completed. Simply click Complete & Distribute, and this will send an email to the daily log's default distribution list. This will also lock the daily log for that day and prevent anyone from modifying entries unless a Daily Log Admin user re-opens that daily log. This will help your team stay up to date on what is happening on the jobsite by being informed when Daily Logs are competed.

Simply add team members who should be notified when a day has been marked as complete to the Default Distribution in the Daily Log configuration page, and click Complete & Distribute when you complete a day to send them an email summary of the daily log.
