Export an Estimate from a Bid Board Project

The Bid Board tool is also known as Portfolio Planning when the Procore for Owners point-of-view dictionary is configured for your company's account.

Objective

To export a project's estimate in the Bid Board tool, also known as Portfolio Planning.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Bid Board tool in Procore.
  2. Click the project that you want to view an estimate in.
  3. Click the Estimating tab.
  4. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.pngicon at the top of the estimate.
  5. Click Export Estimate.
  6. Select one of the following options:
    • Excel
    • Budget Template
    • PDF
