The Transmittals tool in a Procore project gives team members the ability to keep documented records of any project-related correspondence.

- Create and distribute transmittals to any recipient in the project directory and export individual transmittals to the PDF format.
- Send transmittals by email and notify recipients when important information is to be sending via an alternate delivery method (e.g., FedEx, UPS, US Mail, and more).
- Attach project documents, change orders, and other Procore objects to a transmittal.
- View a detailed log of all project transmittals and export the log to the CSV or PDF format.
