RFI Process

  • RFIs shall exist in both Procore and Dropbox 

  • Dropbox will be the location to create a draft of the RFI, it will then be uploaded to Procore 

    • Dropbox Location: Dropbox (Harvey's P&H)\All Employees\Jobs\202x Jobs\“Contractor Name”\“Job Name”\Correspondence\RFIs 

      • RFIs shall be created in numerical order, with no distinction between Plumbing, HVAC, or Hydronic 

      • RFIs shall be named as follows: Project Name__RFI_01 

    • Once an RFI is ready to send out, email Josh (josh.roberts@harveysph.com) to let him know there is an RFI to be uploaded to Procore 

  • When an answer has been received on Procore, an email shall be sent out to all relevant team members 

    • It is the Engineering Team’s (or whomever created the RFI in Dropbox) responsibility to move the RFI in Dropbox to the Answered folder. When doing this, they should replace the original with the updated RFI that includes the response. 

      • There shall not be any duplicate copies of an RFI in Dropbox
