Quickbase Monthly Report - Steps

GENERAL REPORT GENERATION

  2. Review sourced data, make adjustments in Procore (Budget Changes, PCOs, CEs, RFQs, PCCOs, CCOs, etc.), wait for sync, and then enter manual entry & file uploads
  3. Once done, or at any time, from within any of the blue buttons you may click "Generate Sample Report from Live Data" to preview what the pdf will look like 
  4. Click “Snap This Report.”
  5. Click the “Monthly Reports” tab and then “Generate PDF Export.”
  6. The monthly report pdf will appear in the monthly reports table in the "PDF Report" column
