DroneDeploy 360 Photos - Reporting

Objective

This section will show you how to distribute the data captured in your 360 Walks

Things to Consider

While the benefit of capturing your data via DroneDeploy is that it keeps all of the data in one place, it may sometimes be necessary to distribute that documentation to additional stakeholders.

Concepts

The following types of Reports are available for DroneDeploy Ground Captures

  • Issue Reports
  • Progress Reports

To access the Reporting tool, click on Reports on the top toolbar of your Project.

*Note that the other Reports shown in this window are associated with DroneDeploy’s Air/Drone Captures

Issue Reports

The Issue Reports in DroneDeploy let you create printable or sharable PDF documents of your issues, including the type of issue, status, and the summary of the issue.

Easily share the results of your inspection with your team by automatically generating an inspection report.

Create an Issue Report for a specific walk conducted on your job site. Select the date and the individual walk then select Print to save the report as a .pdf.

Progress Reports

Discover automatically generated progress reports that display 360 Photos, videos and photos from your job site. Share the report via email, share link, PDF download, or invite users directly within DroneDeploy.

Note: Both aerial and ground media will be displayed, but video walks are not included in Progress Reports.
