Getting Started

As a first step, please email procoreorg@procore.com .

Our team will quickly schedule a demo of Procore with you to provide an overview of the software, explain how Procore can help manage your building projects, and answer any questions you might have. We’ll then ask you to complete a short survey about your organization and your upcoming COVID-19 related projects, and send you an electronic agreement form to sign. After we receive these items, we’ll provide you with your free Procore account and comprehensive training on how to use the software (see below).

Training

Our team of Procore Customer Success Managers will assist you in getting trained on Procore. We’re committed to the successful deployment of Procore's construction management platform for each partner on the frontlines of the COVID-19 response. Our Customer Success Team is specialized to provide your organization with training and ongoing support throughout your building projects.

After your account is launched, you’ll receive an email with the subject line containing “Your Procore account is ready”. This email will contain a link to set up your account. Once you have completed your account setup questions, a member of the Procore Customer Success Team will reach out to ensure that you are successfully trained on how to use the software, as well as serve as a liaison in case questions arise in the future.

In addition, we also offer free Procore certification courses that allow you to learn Procore at your own pace. For training and information on specific tools in Procore, you can also visit our training video library and support center.

Roll Out

After your training, you will have the knowledge to efficiently manage your own projects in Procore. Here are some first steps to get started.

Add Users to Your Project

Anyone collaborating on your project can be invited to work in your Procore account for the life-cycle of your project. Here are instructional videos on inviting users to join your project on Procore and setting permission levels.

Upload Drawings and Specifications

Upload your drawings and specifications into Procore so they can be accessed by your team. For more information, refer to videos on uploading drawings and specifications into Procore.

Other Helpful Tools: Inspections and Observations

Manage inspections and observations using Procore. Here are videos on creating inspection templates that can be accessed by your team, and creating observations in Procore that can be used to ensure that project tasks are completed.
