| Assignee |
The inspection Assignee is often called the inspector because they're the person who actually performs the inspection by checking off items. |
| Creator |
The person who created the inspection. This can be the Assignee or a manager requesting the inspection to be done (like a Site Manager or QSE Manager). |
| Point of Contact |
The person who performed the work to be inspected. If multiple people performed the work being inspected, then often the Point of Contact is their manager (since all Observations that come from the Inspection will be assigned to them by default). |
| Responsible Contractor |
This is the company that the Point of Contact works for. |
| Signer |
Anyone attesting to the accuracy of the inspection and the resulting Observations. This almost always includes the Assignee(s), but can include representatives from the Responsible Contractor too. |
