Add Scheduled Work Log Entries (Android)

Objective

To add an entry to the Scheduled Work Log from an Android device using Procore's mobile application. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 'Standard' level permission or above on the project's Daily Log tool.

Steps

  1. Tap Daily Log from the tools menu in the left navigation.
  2. Select a date you want to create a log for at the top of the screen by using the right and left arrows next to the date, or click the date to pull up a calendar that you can select a day from.
  3. Tap the Scheduled Work Log.
  4. Tap the + icon in the left pane.
    (Note: You may need to swipe from the left side of the screen to pull up the left pane.)
  5. Fill in the following information.
    • Resource: Tap the Resource field. Enter the name of the resource associated with the scheduled work.

    • Showed: The showed button will, by default, be set to No. Tap the button to specify that the workers did show up on the jobsite for the selected resource.

    • Reimbursable: The Reimbursable button will, by default, be set to No. Tap the button to specify that the work is reimbursable for the selected resource.

    • Workers: Tap the Workers field. Enter the amount of workers from that resource on site that day.

    • Hours: Tap the Hours field. Enter the amount of hours the workers were on site that day for the selected resource.

    • Rate: Tap the Rate field. Enter the monetary rate at which the workers on site are working.

    • Comments: Enter any comments that may be needed to further describe the entry.

  6. Tap Save to save that item.
