# Hours

# Hours: Tap the # Hours field. Enter the number of hours the workers from the company were on site for the day. You can also tap the + or - buttons to set the number.

# Workers

# Workers: Tap the # Workers field. Enter the number of workers from the company that were on site for the day. You can also tap the + or - buttons to set the number.

# Hours Operating

# Hours Operating: Enter the number of hours the equipment was operating.

# Hours Idle

# Hours Idle: Enter the number of hours the equipment was idle.

# of Foreman and Foreman Hours

# of Foreman Workers and Foreman Hours: Tap the # of Foreman or Foreman Hours field. Use your keyboard to enter the number of workers / hours.

# of Journeyman and Journeyman Hours

# of Journeyman Workers and Journeyman Hours: Tap the # of Journeyman or Journeyman Hours field. Use your keyboard to enter the number of workers / hours.

# of Apprentice and Apprentice Hours

# of Apprentice Workers and Apprentice Hours: Tap the # of Apprentice or Apprentice Hours field. Use your keyboard to enter the number of workers / hours.

# Other Workers and Other Hours

# Other Workers and Other Hours: Tap the # Other Workers or Other Hours field. Use your keyboard to enter the number of workers / hours.

A

 

Approx. Quantity

Approx. Quantity: Tap the Approx. Quantity field. Enter the approximate number of items disposed in the location specified.

Area

Area: Tap the Area field. Enter the area within the specified location that was inspected. 

Average

Average: Tap the Average field. Enter the average temperature observed during the workday. 

Attachments

Attachments: Tap the Attachments field. Tap one of the options according to how you would like to attach a file.

  • Choose File
    1. Tap the folder from which you would like to upload a photo.
    2. Tap each photo you would like up upload.
    3. Tap Done.
  • Choose from Procore
    1. Tap the album from the project's Photos tool that has the photo(s) you want to include on the inspection.
    2. Tap one or many photos to include.
    3. Tap OK in the top right.
  • Camera
    1. Take the photo by positioning your device's camera, then tap the circle icon.
      • Along the top of your screen, you have the following options:
        • Tap the geotag button to turn geotagging off or on.
        • Tap the camera rotate icon to toggle between the front and back camera of your device.
        • Tap the clock icon to to turn time stamps on or off.
        •  Flash On/Off: Tap the lightning icon to turn your phone's flash on and off. Pictured is flash OFF.
        •  Audio On/Off: Tap the microphone icon to mute or record audio. This option is only enabled in Video mode.
        •  Flip Camera: Tap the flip camera icon to flip to your front-facing or rear-facing camera on your device, if applicable.
        •  Timer: Tap this icon to set a timer before taking a picture.
      • Along the bottom of your screen, you have the following options:
        • Gallery: This option lets you chose a photo from your phone's Gallery or file storage to attach to the item.
        • Quicksnap: This option lets you take multiple photos. When you're done, click Done.
        • Markup: This option lets you take a photo and then redirects you to a page where you can markup the photo using Procore's markup tools
        • Video: This option lets you take a video and attach it to the item.
        • Tap the menu overflow icon (three vertical dots) to see the following options.
          • Tap the geotag button to turn geotagging off or on.
          • Tap the camera rotate icon to toggle between the front and back camera of your device.
          • Tap the clock icon to to turn time stamps on or off.

B

Billable

Billable: By default, the Billable field will be set to No. Tap Yes to indicate that the hours are billable. An orange background color indicates that option is selected.

C

Calamity

Calamity: Tap the Calamity field. If the jobsite was subject to a calamity that day, enter the type by selecting from the following from the  menu: earthquake, fire, flash flood, landslide, tornado, hurricane, snow, other.

Call From

Call From: Tap the Call From field. Enter the name of the person who called.

Call to

Call to: Tap the Call to field. Enter the name of the person who received the call.

Category

Category: Tap the Category field. Enter the category of discipline that appears in the revision.

Comments

Comments: Enter any comments that may be needed to further describe the entry.

Company Involved

Company Involved: Tap the company involved field. Enter the company that was involved in the accident.

Contents

Contents: Tap the Contents field. Enter the contents of the delivery.

Compliance Due

Compliance Due: Select the date by which the compliance for the safety violation is due from the menu that appears.

Contact / Company

Contact / Company: Tap the Contact / Company field. Select the contact or company associated with the work performed.

Cost Code

Cost Code: Tap the Cost Code field. Select from the drop-down menu the cost code associated with the log entry.

Delivery From

Delivery From: Tap the Delivery From field. Enter the name of the entity that delivered the items.

Description

Description: Tap the Description field. Enter a description that may be needed to describe the entry.

Disposal Location

Disposal Location: Tap the Disposal Location field. Enter the location where the waste was deposited.

Disposal Method

Disposal Method: Tap the Disposal Method field. Enter the method that was used to dispose of the waste.

Disposed By

Disposed By: Tap the Disposed By field. Select the company that disposed of the waste from the menu.

Employee

Employee: Tap the Employee field. Select the employee for whom you are entering the timecard entry. This person must be marked as an employee of the company who owns the account. See How do I add someone as an employee of my company?

End Time

End Time: Tap the End Time field. Enter the starting time by selecting the hours and minutes from the menus.

Equipment Name

Equipment Name: Tap the Equipment Name field. Enter the name of the equipment.

Ground / Sea

Ground / Sea: Tap the Ground / Sea field. Select the status of the ground or sea around the project from the menu. You can only select information for either the ground or the sea.

Hours

Hours: Tap the Hours field. Enter the amount of hours the workers were on site that day for the selected resource.

Inspected

Inspected: By default, the Inspected button will be set to No. Tap the Inspected button if the equipment was inspected that day.

Inspector Name

Inspector Name: Tap the Inspector field. Enter the name of the person who performed the inspection.

Inspecting Entity

Inspecting Entity: Tap the Inspecting Entity field. Enter the type of inspector that performed the inspection.

Inspection Time

Inspection Time: Enter the time the equipment was inspected by selecting the hour and minutes from the menu.

Inspection Type

Inspection Type: Tap the Inspection Type field. Enter the type of inspection that was performed.

Issue

Issue: By default, the issue button will be set to No. Tap the Issue button if the note being added is about an issue affecting the project.

Issued To

Issued To: Tap the Issued To field. Enter the name of the person who the safety violation was issued to.

Location

LocationSelect a location from the menu. Tap a tiered location to pull up any sub locations. If configured, you can tap Add to add a new location.

Material

Material: Tap the Material field. Enter the type of waste that was disposed of.

Notes

Notes: Enter any notes that may describe the log entry.

Party Involved

Party Involved: Tap the Party Involved field. Enter the person involved in the accident.

Plan #

Plan #: Tap the Plan # field. Enter the number that appears on the plan submitted.

Precipitation

Precipitation: Tap the Precipitation field. Enter the observed precipitation for the day.

Q

Quantity

Quantity: Tap the Quantity field. Enter the total number of the specified materials placed on the site that day.

Quantity Delivered

Quantity Delivered: Tap the Quantity Delivered field. Enter the total number of specified materials that were delivered.

Quantity Removed

Quantity Removed: Tap the Quantity Removed field. Enter the total number of specified materials that were removed from the site that day.

Rate

Rate: Tap the Rate field. Enter the monetary rate at which the workers on site are working.

Reimbursable

Reimbursable: The Reimbursable button will, by default, be set to No. Tap the button to specify that the work is reimbursable for the selected resource.

Resource

Resource: Tap the Resource field. Enter the name of the resource associated with the scheduled work.

Revision Title

Revision: Tap the Revision Title field. Enter the revision title that appears on the plans.

Revision

Revision: Tap the Revision field. Enter the revision number that appears on the plans.

Safety Notice

Safety Notice: Tap the Safety Notice field. Enter the name/number of the safety notice issued.

Showed

Showed: The showed button will, by default, be set to No. Tap the button to specify that the workers did show up on the jobsite for the selected resource.

Sky

Sky: Tap the Sky field. Select from the menu an observation made of the sky that day. You may only select one observation.

Start Time

Start Time: Tap the Start Time field. Enter the starting time by selecting the hours and minutes from the menus.

Subject

Subject: Tap the Subject field. Enter the reason for the safety violation.

T

Temperature

Temperature: Tap the Temperature field. Select from the menu the approximate temperature on site that day.

Time

Time: Indicate the time the entry happened by selecting the hour and minutes from the menu that appears.

Tracking #

Tracking #: Tap the Tracking Number field. Enter the tracking number of the delivery.

Trade

Trade: Tap the Trade field. Select the trade associated with the construction report from the menu. You can only select from the trades already added to the project. See Add or Delete Trades.

Type

Type: Tap the Type field. Select from the menu the type of pay being entered. Select from the following options:

  • Regular Time
  • Company Refunded Pay
  • Days
  • Double Time
  • Exempt
  • Holiday
  • Overtime
  • PTO
  • Salary
  • Vacation

Units

Units: Tap the Units field. Enter the types of units that were delivered.

Visitor

Visitor: Tap the Visitor field. Enter the visitor's name. 

Vendor

Vendor: Tap the Vendor field. Select the vendor from the Directory. 

W

Wind

Wind: Tap the Wind field. Select from the menu the observed wind conditions.

Workers

Workers: Tap the Workers field. Enter the amount of workers from that resource on site that day.

Weather Delay

Weather Delay: By default, the Weather Delay field will be set to No. Tap the button to indicate that there was a weather delay on the day you're recording data.
