Add or Manage Project Notes in Procore Estimating

Objective

To add, edit, or delete notes for a project in the Notes section of Procore Estimating.

Things to Consider

Steps

To add a note:

  1. Navigate to the Projects tab of Procore Estimating.
  2. In the Notes section, click Add New.

  3. Enter your note.
    Note: Links added to notes will appear as clickable hyperlinks. Other text formatting is not supported.
  4. Click Create

To edit a note:

  1. Navigate to the Projects tab of Procore Estimating.
  2. In the Notes section, locate the note you want to edit.
  3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png icon on the note. 
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Update the note as necessary.
  6. Click Save

To delete a note: 

  1. Navigate to the Projects tab of Procore Estimating.
  2. In the Notes section, locate the note you want to delete.
  3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png icon on the note. 
  4. Click Delete.
    Note: Deleting a note is permanent. 
  5. On the confirmation window, click Delete
