Delete or Restore a T&M Ticket

Objective

To delete a T&M Ticket or restore it from the Recycle Bin.

Background

You can move T&M tickets to the tool's Recycle Bin. You can also restore them when needed. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • To delete or restore a T&M ticket you created, 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the T&M Tickets tool.
    • To delete or restore all T&M tickets, 'Admin' level permissions on the T&M Tickets tool.

Steps

Delete a T&M Ticket

  1. Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool.
  2. Click View next to the T&M ticket you want to edit.
  3. Click the Delete icon-delete-trash4.png icon.

Restore a T&M Ticket

  1. Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool.
  2. Click Recycle Bin.
  3. Click Restore next to the ticket you want to restore.
