Search for and Filter Specifications

To use the search bar and filter settings to find a specific specification in the project's Specifications tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permission:
- 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the Specifications tool.
- Additional Information:
- The search tool respects any selected filter parameters (including "set" and "division") and limits the scope of the search to the filtered results.
Steps
Filter Specifications by Division or Set
- Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.
- Under Current Specifications, do the following:
- To filter a list by a division, select it from the drop-down list.
- To filter a list by a set, select 'Current' to view the most recently published revisions or select one of the listed sets.
Search for a Specification
- Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.
- Under Current Specifications, in the Search field, enter your search criteria.
Note: Procore searches the following fields to return its results:- Division
- Number
- Set Name
- Title
- Click Search.
