Deactivate an Observation Template on a Project

Objective

To deactivate an Observation Template on a Project.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permission: 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Observations tool.
• Additional Information:
  • Observation templates deactivated at the Project level will still be available on other projects and at the Company level.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Observation tool.
2. Click Configure Settings .
3. Click Observation Templates.
4. Scroll to the template that you want to deactivate.
5. Click to uncheck the box under 'Active.'
