View a Previous Meeting's Minutes for a Meeting Item

Objective

To view the minutes history of an individual meeting item.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Meetings tool.
2. Click the Meeting Title.
3. Click View on the desired meeting item.
   
4. Scroll down to the Previous Meetings' Minutes section.
