View Materials Adjustment Details

Objective

To view the details of an adjustment in the Materials tool.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions
• The 'Transfers' sub tab shows both materials transfers and adjustments. Under the 'Transfer Name' column, transfers start with the letters 'TRN' and adjustments start with the letters 'ADJ'.

Prerequisites

• Create a Materials Adjustment

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.
2. Click the Control tab.
3. Click the Transfers sub tab.
4. Optional: Search and Filter Material Adjustments and Transfers
5. Click the transfer name.
6. Review the adjustment details in the following sections:
   • Adjustment Properties
   • Status
   • Document Line Items
   • Activity
   • Attachments
