Search and Filter Material Transfers

Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

Click the Inter Project Transfers tab.

Click Summary to view receipts or Line Items to view line items listed in transfers.

Click the search bar and enter your keywords to search one of the following fields:

• Summary

  • Transfer

• Line Items

  • Transfer

  • Description

  • Item

Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

Click the Inter Project Transfers tab.

Click Summary to view transfers or Line Items to view line items listed in transfers.

Click the filter icon.

Select to filter by the following fields:

• Summary

  • Document State

  • Transfer

  • Transfer Status

• Line Items

  • Document State

  • From Location

  • Labels

  • To Location

  • Transfer

  • Transfer Status

To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All.
