Retrieve an Incident From the Recycle Bin

Objective

To retrieve an incident from the Incidents tool's Recycle Bin.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Incidents tool.
• Additional Information:
  • Deleted incidents are moved to the Recycle Bin.

Prerequisites

• Delete an Incident

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Incidents tool.
2. Click Recycle Bin.
3. Locate the incident to retrieve and click View.
4. Click Retrieve.
   Note: The incident is retrieved and will appear under Incidents.
