Edit a Person in the Project Directory


To edit a person to the project's Directory tool. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • To add or edit people, 'Admin' level permission on the project's Directory tool.
    • To add or edit people as a user with 'Standard' or 'Read Only' level permission to the project's Directory tool, the  'Create and Edit Users' granular permission must be enabled on the permission template associated with your user account on the project. See Grant Granular Permissions in a Permission Template.
  • Additional Information:
    • Any edits you make will be reflected in the Change History sub tab.
    • If you want to remove a person from the Project Directory, see  Remove a User from a Project
  • Limitations:


  1. Navigate to the project's Directory tool.
    This reveals the Project Directory page. 
  2. In the Project Directory page, locate the person or company that you want to edit. The click Edit

    This opens the profile in edit mode. 
  3. Modify the user's profile information as needed.
  4. Click Save or Save & Send Notification.
